During my eight-years at Ericsson, starting as a part-time student and transitioning into a permanent employee, I laid the groundwork for my subsequent achievements in both personal and professional realms. As a System Integrator, I honed my technical expertise and expanded my skill set, which later empowered me to excel as a well-rounded Project Manager. My early experience as a System Analyst instilled in me the importance of accurate data for informed decision-making, a principle that has guided me throughout my career.

    • Led a team of twenty individuals from four countries as the Overall Project Manager for T-Mobile International, successfully centralizing MMS from the Czech Republic and the Netherlands to Germany.

    • Served as the team leader and sub-project manager for a multinational team of seven, executing and launching the latest software version of MMS in Germany within a remarkable three-month timeframe for a project valued at $US 4 million.

    • Installed and upgraded the Ericsson MMS solution in ten Mobile Operators across seven countries during my three-year tenure as a System Integrator.

    • Led a team of seven as a System Analyst/Project Manager, designing and implementing a Business Intelligence application for the Ericsson Application Software department.
