Led a team of twenty individuals from four countries as the Overall Project Manager for T-Mobile International, successfully centralizing MMS from the Czech Republic and the Netherlands to Germany.
Served as the team leader and sub-project manager for a multinational team of seven, executing and launching the latest software version of MMS in Germany within a remarkable three-month timeframe for a project valued at $US 4 million.
Installed and upgraded the Ericsson MMS solution in ten Mobile Operators across seven countries during my three-year tenure as a System Integrator.
